Ryan Claxton
Development Associate
Ryan works alongside the The Devlin Group’s President and VP of Development, conducting due diligence analysis on potential acquisitions, and guiding properties through the entitlement and design process. He assembles and coordinates the efforts of each project’s team of third-party engineers, architects, contractors, scientists, permitting consultants, etc. He assists in proforma financial analysis, and interacts with debt and equity partners. Ryan has professional experience with civil engineering firms, where he used geographic information systems (GIS) for various real estate development applications. He graduated at the top of his class with a Bachelor of Science in engineering, and earned a Master of Business Administration with 4.0 GPA – both degrees from the University of Florida.
