Condomium Development, and Mixed Use development. With leading publicly
traded companies he has achieved numerous awards and honors that range
from Marketing, Business Strategy/Consulting, Business Development, Executive
Level Sales, and Real Estate Construction. James oversees the various
lines of business within the Devlin family and ensures all business portfolio
attain maximum profitability while exceeding all customer and partner
satisfaction.
Noted accomplishments over the years include successfully managed and
closing of multi million dollar business/technology solutions for Fortune
500 business institutions, construction of million dollar plus custom
homes and construction and closing of ocean front town homes and condominium
towers.
James resides in St. Augustine with his wife Angela and two children.
